Donations

The SBHRS is an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit corporation (#77-0071257), incorporated under the laws of the State of California, whose goals are the renovation and preservation of the Santa Clara Depot and Tower complex along with the establishment and operation of a railroad museum and library. All donations, monetary and material, are tax deductible. Recognition is given to donors and lenders for all items.

Museum Donations:

The SBHRS is always looking for individuals or groups wishing to donate or loan railroad artifacts and memorabilia to the museum.  If you have railroad artifacts or memorabilia that you would like to donate or loan, please contact our Museum Curator by clicking here.

Library Books and Material:

Our Library concentrates mainly on the Western part of the United States.  We have over 3000 books and other materials available.  If you have any books, etc., you would like to donate to the Library, please contact our Librarian by clicking here.

Model Trains and Accessories:

We also have two model train layouts, HO and N gauges, and a Company Store.  If you have a model train and/or accessories you have no further use for, you can donate it to SBHRS.  To do so, contact our Company Store manager by clicking here.

Monetary Donation:

If you would rather make a monetary donation instead, it would be greatly appreciated.  Donations go to the maintenance and upkeep of our facility.  To make a monetary donation, click on the Cash Donation button below.
